OMG! Police shoot unarmed man to death on his lawn!

I'm not in to police bashing cause I know they have a tough job but still I can't believe this first guy in clip didn't get charged with murder!  Kills an unarmed man on his own front lawn.  Wife comes screaming out to see her husband bleeding and dying right in front of her.  Unbelievable!
