New Weather Phenomenon Appears in Vermont: "Snowrollers"

So this is new ? Very strange but interesting none the less - A new weather phenomenon appears in Vermont and they have called it "Snowrollers" - It looks like loads of little flyin elfs are pushing up the snow and rolling it into cinnamon rolls.
